About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our Retail vertical pod. This role is pivotal in nurturing long-term partnerships with our retail clients. You will manage a diverse portfolio of retail accounts, including big-box stores, grocery chains, specialty retailers, and e-commerce fulfillment centers, ensuring they have the workforce necessary to maintain seamless operations, particularly during peak seasons and high-demand periods.

As the main liaison for retail clients, you will drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth, acting as a strategic partner who understands the dynamic, demand-driven landscape of the retail sector.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary contact for all account management issues related to retail clients, including staffing strategies, escalations, and ongoing planning.

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with senior-level operations personnel, including store operations managers, district managers, HR leaders, and other essential stakeholders.

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s retail environment, including seasonal hiring demands, inventory cycles, store launches, and customer traffic patterns, to proactively address their workforce needs.

  • Manage and expand client contracts, identifying opportunities for upselling and growth across various store locations, regions, and job categories.

  • Foster trusted advisor relationships with key retail accounts, aligning WorkWhile's solutions with their operational objectives and labor challenges.

  • Ensure the timely fulfillment of shifts and workforce solutions to meet client expectations and service level agreements.

  • Regularly report on the progress of workforce fulfillment and adjustments based on client feedback and market needs.
