As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding a diverse portfolio of client accounts. Your primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue retention and growth. This position demands excellent communication, relationship management, and analytical skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet our clients' requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the principal point of contact.
Foster and maintain robust client relationships to guarantee satisfaction and promote retention.
Discover opportunities for account expansion and upsell additional services or products.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product development, to address client needs and resolve challenges.
Create and implement strategic account plans to meet revenue targets and enhance customer success.
Track account performance and deliver regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to provide valuable insights to clients.
Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and at industry events as needed.
Manage the sales pipeline and conduct weekly forecasting using our CRM platform.
Lead, organize, and present business reviews at client locations, with expected travel around 25% of the time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles.
Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
