Our international network of specialists and auditors provides the requisite knowledge and expertise to assist companies in meeting local and global standards while ensuring their personnel receive the necessary skills, training, and professional development to excel.Take full ownership of managing global programs to ensure the successful execution and delivery of diverse and complex client-specific projects of various sizes, exceeding client expectations whenever possible.Prepare and maintain comprehensive global key account client plans in line with the global agreement.Effectively communicate the requirements of global contracts to Business Assurance Business Managers and relevant operational and technical teams worldwide, ensuring all necessary information is provided for seamless service execution.Develop and implement a sales strategy aimed at achieving defined organic growth targets within existing global key accounts.Report on the performance and outcomes of SGS services delivered, including performance metrics and trend analysis from executed programs.Identify and qualify new business opportunities.Formulate and implement specific client development strategies across the BA service spectrum, collaborating closely with the International Solutions Manager to secure growth and revenue expansion.Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the GKAM Team Leader.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all program elements are effectively deployed and monitored according to agreed client KPIs.Act as the advocate for global key accounts within the SGS network, proactively coordinating the investigation and resolution of any concerns or complaints.Identify and address risks related to performance and/or client expectations through proactive measures.
