What You Will DoManage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring accountability for user adoption, retention, and expansion across diverse use cases and deployment scopes. Facilitate measurable AI transformation for each client, guiding them from initial use cases to comprehensive company-wide implementations. Conduct engaging workshops that inspire creativity and directly lead to new use cases, increased active users, and noticeable momentum within the customer’s organization. Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder landscapes to identify champions, manage resistance, and foster support.

About the Role

AI is transforming the business landscape, and while many companies recognize the need to adapt, few understand the path forward. This is where your expertise is crucial.

As the Enterprise AI Adoption Manager, you'll be instrumental in guiding organizations through their AI transition, collaborating closely with our Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams. You'll forge strong relationships that facilitate AI integration across all facets of the client's operations, ensuring sustainable adoption. You will assess the current state of the customer, identify their goals, and strategize their journey with Langdock as their cornerstone.

You will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on adoption, expansion, retention, and everything in between. Your role will significantly influence how deeply AI is embedded within each customer organization.

Collaborating closely with Solutions Engineering, you will provide tangible value and liaise with Product teams to ensure the customer’s feedback shapes our future developments. Your input will hold genuine weight.

Moreover, you will leverage our own tools to enhance your efficiency beyond traditional Customer Success frameworks. At Langdock, we cultivate AI agents and workflows that automate our processes, and you will be part of that innovation.
