We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to bolster our UK operations in the Networking Solutions division.

With over 25 years of expertise in IoT solutions and a global presence in over 27 countries with more than 2,500 dedicated employees, Teltonika is a family-owned Lithuanian firm where most of our leadership has risen through the ranks. Our Networking Solutions business unit specializes in the development and manufacturing of industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, including routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our products cater to complex sectors such as Industry 4.0, Smart City initiatives, and Green Energy applications.

Teltonika UK, established in 2024 as part of our significant international expansion, aims to bring high-quality Lithuanian-made devices to the local market.

Operating from the impressive Salford Exchange Quay in Greater Manchester, this role is critical for enhancing Teltonika's footprint in the UK and Ireland, with a strong emphasis on securing key enterprise partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target clients, assess their requirements, and unlock enterprise-level opportunities within the UK and Irish markets.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities through outreach efforts, including outbound calls, emails, social media interactions, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio, emphasizing key features and competitive advantages to enhance commercial positioning.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients using a consultative sales approach that emphasizes Teltonika's value proposition.
  • Represent Teltonika Networks regularly at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events across the UK and Ireland to promote our products and brand effectively.
  • Prepare customized commercial offers and manage contracts to achieve and exceed sales development objectives.
  • Maintain precise records and provide regular updates through our internal CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical support and R&D to deliver optimal solutions and services tailored to client needs.

Candidate Profile:

  • A results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in B2B enterprise-level sales.
  • Experience in IoT solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
