As an Enterprise Business Development Manager, you will introduce our business review solutions to leading UK brands and retailers. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new clients, researching new sectors for opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing key strategic deals. A deep understanding of the purchasing motivations of C-level marketers and customer service leaders is essential for success in this role, along with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
We seek fast-paced, skilled closers who excel at building daily pipelines and managing the complete sales cycle with multiple stakeholders from the UK’s top brands. Comfort in a dynamic environment and a commitment to continuous improvement in sales skills are vital for advancing your career.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers aligned with our ideal Enterprise buyer personas, generating new opportunities in the Enterprise segment.
- Conduct exploratory calls, facilitate screen-sharing or in-person demonstrations of our SaaS solutions, negotiate pricing, and maintain forecasts of deals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Trials, Partnerships, Regional Sales Development, and Management teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Partner with our marketing team to convert inbound Enterprise leads from events, webinars, and case studies.
- Meet and consistently exceed quarterly sales objectives.
- Maintain extensive industry knowledge to effectively present to senior managers and decision-makers.
- Accurately forecast sales volumes in Salesforce and document all interactions with prospects and clients.
