Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our expanding customer success team in the Americas. As a foundational member of our customer success management group, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers derive maximum value from our AI-driven code review platform. You will oversee the complete customer journey, from initial engagement to renewal and expansion. Building and nurturing robust relationships within your portfolio will be key, as will being a staunch advocate for our customers, ensuring their growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Foster strong, meaningful relationships with customers by proactively understanding their business objectives and expectations.
  2. Enhance customer engagement and adoption throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  3. Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on renewals and expansion opportunities.

  8. Handle all customer-facing communications professionally and succinctly.
  9. Prepare and deliver regular performance reviews to customer leadership.
