About the Role:
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will take over after our Implementation team, collaborating closely with our top-tier customers to understand their fleet operations and unique challenges. Your role will involve advising them on how to tailor Samsara's offerings to meet their specific needs, thereby establishing yourself as their long-term partner.
This position is inherently cross-functional, requiring you to work alongside various teams including Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product, providing you with a holistic view of the dynamics within a hyper-growth company.
This is a remote position available to candidates residing in the US, excluding the SF Bay Area (CA), NYC Metro (NY), and Washington DC Metro.
