Your Role: Enterprise Expansion Account Executive
The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated Enterprise Expansion Account Executive who will be responsible for managing and increasing revenue within Arize’s existing clientele. You will collaborate with AI engineers, Data Scientists, and platform teams utilizing our Enterprise platform, guiding them to extract greater value, expand their engagement across new teams, and deepen their investment as their AI initiatives advance. This role is pivotal, with significant ownership, situated at the crossroads of a rapidly evolving product and a customer base that is expanding in tandem with the AI sector.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the entire expansion and renewal sales cycle for your portfolio, implementing a sophisticated, value-driven approach that involves various stakeholders, teams, and use cases within each account.
- Proactively pinpoint and cultivate new growth avenues by analyzing customer usage, identifying gaps, and targeting high-value requirements across business divisions and technical teams.
- Foster and sustain executive relationships, generating awareness and support at the VP and C-suite levels to facilitate pipeline growth and long-term account expansion.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Managers and internal account teams to define and implement account strategies that enhance sales velocity and provide exceptional customer outcomes.
