Qualifications
What We Seek:A minimum of 5 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients. Proven track record in acquiring new logos and achieving strong performance. Experience in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS industries, along with technical sales exposure. Demonstrated success in closing complex software deals and exceeding sales quotas. Familiarity with consumption-based land and expand sales models is a plus. Solid understanding of the Data & AI landscape and relevant technology sales experience. Proven ability to generate demand that translates into substantial business value. Experience in adhering to established sales methodologies such as account planning, MEDDPICC, and Value Selling, along with accurate forecasting. Ability to cultivate effective champions, collaborative teams, and partnerships to support your territory plan's execution. Expertise in identifying key use cases and buying centers to enhance Databricks' impact within organizations. Fluency in French and business proficiency in English is required.

Your Impact:
- Evaluate assigned accounts and devise a targeted strategy for execution.
- Expand our customer base by identifying and securing new logo opportunities.
- Guide clients and partners in recognizing impactful big data and AI use cases while demonstrating their value on the Databricks Lakehouse platform.
- Identify land opportunities and develop expand/consumption use cases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maximize ecosystem impact.
- Deliver exceptional value during engagements to facilitate successful negotiations and closings.
