About the Implementation Team
Our Implementation team plays a pivotal role in transforming new customers into power users of Brex Empower. We guide businesses through the onboarding process, facilitating a shift from outdated practices to a modern, employee-centric approach. This role requires a unique combination of customer empathy, project management skills, technical knowledge, process design, and change management. We take pride in ensuring our customers' long-term success, equipping them to thrive with Brex.
Your Responsibilities
As an Enterprise Implementation Consultant, you will function as a strategic advisor for our largest clients, steering their successful adoption of the Brex platform. You will act as a hybrid coach, project manager, and product expert, focusing on maximizing product adoption, delivering ongoing business value, and assisting customers in transforming their financial workflows.
Work Environment
This position is based in our San Francisco office, which fosters a hybrid work environment that blends the collaborative energy of in-office interactions with the flexibility of remote work. We currently require a minimum of two days in the office each week (Wednesday and Thursday), increasing to three days (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday) starting February 2, 2026. Enjoy up to four weeks of fully remote work each year!
Responsibilities Overview
- Lead and manage comprehensive global enterprise implementations from start to finish, including defining customer outcomes, developing project plans, and mobilizing resources to ensure successful outcomes.
