Key Responsibilities:Build and guide a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs through coaching, mentoring, and development to consistently surpass revenue targets. Establish and implement sales strategies, including territory planning, pipeline management, and precise forecasting, ensuring strong CRM discipline. Collaborate with Applied AI Engineering to enable your team to engage in credible technical discussions and provide optimized solutions pre- and post-sale. Work cross-functionally with Enablement, Product, and GTM leadership to accelerate AE onboarding, enhance sales playbooks, and inform product directions based on customer feedback. Identify and pursue new market opportunities and use cases for Anthropic's AI solutions, broadening the team’s presence within the vertical. Qualifications:15+ years in enterprise sales, including 7+ years in leadership roles with at least 3 years managing teams that sell to Fortune 100 accounts; proven experience in closing 7-figure deals. Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing AE teams through coaching, development, and establishment of effective sales processes.

Furthermore, you will work with GTM and Marketing teams to continuously refine our value proposition, sales strategies, and market positioning to deliver distinctive value in the industry.
