Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Assist senior designers in auditing sample garments and preparing technical packets. Measure proto samples, sales samples, and size sets accurately, entering data into the PLM system. Provide reports on inspection activities throughout the product development cycle. Conduct tests for colorfastness, dimensional stability, and durability of trims. Gain insights into fit intent, garment balance, and construction. Identify potential production and quality issues, offering recommendations to maintain the brand's integrity. Provide constructive feedback on garment construction enhancements. Possess working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. Promote open communication within the team and respond to feedback professionally. Engage in team meetings and cross-functional collaborations. Execute additional tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications:College degree required, preferably in fashion design, textiles, or product development.0-3 years of experience in Technical Design. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Sewing experience is a plus. Proficient in reading a tape measure and ruler, including fraction translation. Mathematical proficiency in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; ability to compute percentages. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to and embrace change. Demonstrated initiative and solid business acumen. Excellent computer skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capacity to manage multiple projects and timelines in a dynamic environment.
