Essential Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction estimating, specifically in BOQ preparation. In-depth knowledge of Australian construction practices and terminology. Expertise in using estimating and take-off software such as CostX or Bluebeam. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and team members.

About the Role: As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing precise cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various construction projects in the Australian market. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with our Australian clients.
Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $1,500 AUD to $2,000 AUD monthly.
Work Schedule: Although this is a remote role, you will need to align your schedule with Australian business hours (approximately 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday). As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your time effectively.
