To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:Experience in performing OEM testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades for a variety of equipment, including Level 2 EV chargers and DC Fast Chargers. Proficiency in equipment testing procedures, such as insulation testing (megger testing), thermal imagery, torque tests, and performance evaluations. Strong troubleshooting skills to address system performance issues and identify ground faults. Ability to collaborate with the Planning and Scheduling team to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and accurate completion of work orders. A thorough understanding of site manuals and drawings for effective service and maintenance of equipment. Experience in electrical and mechanical preventative and corrective maintenance of site equipment, including field reporting and work order completion. A commitment to documenting all site issues in the work order system.

Your Role

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled EV Charging Field Service Technician. In this critical position, you will be responsible for the onsite repair and maintenance of EV charging stations within a designated geographic area. Your tasks will include ensuring site safety, performing electrical system maintenance and repairs, completing site field reports, and fulfilling other duties necessary to maintain and operate the site in accordance with contractual obligations. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to various field conditions. The hourly pay for this position ranges from $25.00 to $32.00, based on experience and qualifications.
