Your Responsibilities:
Join us in the full cycle of organizing events such as the Campervan Days, the National Camper Market, and various camper and camping fairs. You will participate in everything from initial brainstorming and planning to on-site execution. This includes engaging in meetings with partners, suppliers, and venues. Deze iconische horecagelegenheden bevinden zich op het Rembrandtplein in Amsterdam, waar we al bijna 40 jaar duizenden gasten verwelkomen.Chez van Rijn is onlangs volledig gerenoveerd en vormt een prachtige aanvulling op onze locaties. Als familiebedrijf van de familie Poppes staan gastvrijheid en kwaliteit bij ons voorop.Je werkt vanuit onze locaties in Amsterdam en het hoofdkantoor in Utrecht en maakt deel uit van een hecht team dat de volledige backoffice verzorgt, inclusief administratie, HR, reserveringen en sales. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de Restaurant- en Club Managers.Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?Aannemen van reserveringsaanvragen (telefonisch en per e-mail) voor groepen van 4 tot 1.500 gasten;Verwerken van reserveringen in het reserveringssysteem;Opstellen van offertes en bevestigen van afspraken;Coördineren van het gehele traject, vanaf het eerste contact tot het succesvol realiseren van het evenement, inclusief facturatie;Voldoen aan de behoeften van gasten en creatieve oplossingen bieden bij uitdagingen;Begeleiden van locatiebezoeken voor potentiële klanten en adviseren over de juiste zaalbeleving om dit om te zetten in financieel succes;Informeren van uitvoerende afdelingen over bijeenkomsten en afspraken.
