Role overview
The Event Marketing Manager will be the first to hold this position at Gradient Labs. Based in the New York office, this role focuses on building the company’s profile through both in-person and virtual events. The goal is to create memorable experiences that highlight the value of Gradient Labs’ AI solutions for financial institutions around the world.
Key responsibilities
- Event strategy and execution: Develop and implement an event roadmap, including conferences, roundtables, and private dinners, all aligned with sales objectives.
- Go-to-market planning: Lead the marketing strategy for major events, from regional data planning through to targeted audience engagement.
- Lead generation: Monitor attendee acquisition and lead capture to ensure events deliver qualified leads and measurable results.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Design teams to align event messaging, organize speaker sessions, and present the AI agent effectively.
- Digital campaigns: Work with the marketing team to promote events via email, social media, and PR, expanding the reach of each event.
