Role Overview:

This full-time, on-site position based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area involves overseeing all operational elements of events, from logistical planning to on-site execution. As the Event Operations Manager, you will collaborate with various internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Support, as well as external partners, including venues and suppliers, to ensure each event is executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, organization, and execution of events from inception to completion, ensuring impeccable delivery of all operational components.
  • Manage logistics, venue arrangements, supplier coordination, and on-site operations for seamless event execution.
  • Formulate and oversee event budgets, timelines, and resources to guarantee projects are completed within scope and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on event goals and deliverables.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and venue partners to ensure high-quality service and compliance with event standards.
  • Supervise event staff and third-party crews throughout setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Implement health, safety, and risk management protocols for all events.
  • Oversee ticketing operations and crowd management in coordination with the Hala Yalla platform to enhance on-site customer experiences.
  • Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and provide comprehensive post-event reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually elevate event quality and efficiency.
