About the Student Placement Program:
This is a paid student placement for a duration of 9-12 months, commencing in Summer 2026.
As a placement student, you will work closely with a supervisor, delve into your career interests, gain invaluable agency experience, enhance your skill set for your resume, and build essential career networks and mentorships.
Position Summary:
The Production Placement student will function as an entry-level Project Coordinator, providing support to Producers on various agency projects, including special events, sponsorship activations, trade shows, red carpet events, product launches, publicity stunts, and corporate meetings. You will also be assigned a mentor within the production department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project-related administrative tasks, including vendor onboarding, purchase order creation, and invoice processing, while integrating into NVE’s systems and protocols.
- Document meeting notes for both internal and client-facing project discussions.
- Research venues and vendors to gather relevant information.
- Coordinate event logistics with vendors and assist production team members on-site as required.
- Help prepare essential event documentation such as production schedules, event decks, and packing manifests.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions for upcoming projects.
- Provide support on any ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
