Role Overview
As an Event Ticketing Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering top-notch ticketing operations and fostering relationships with both new and existing clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our client acquisition and revenue growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, event managers, in-house designers, and third-party vendors to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Develop strategic growth plans to enhance our client base.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of our products and value propositions to craft compelling business proposals.
- Negotiate agreements with stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Report on project successes and areas for improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
