Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Event Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or Sustainability. Alternatively, a strong interest in event production and sustainability will be considered if you have a background in a different discipline. A proactive, self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and develop skills in a real-world environment. Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a bonus. A keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required; familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pardot, Canva, Adobe, Monday.com, Swoogo, or WordPress is advantageous.
