We are seeking an Events & Partnerships Lead to elevate Alma’s visibility by orchestrating impactful events tailored for founders and HR/People teams navigating global talent challenges.
This role focuses primarily on event management. You will craft, implement, and scale a robust events framework that fosters brand awareness, engagement, and business opportunities. Partnerships will play a crucial role in this strategy, enabling Alma to engage with key communities and platforms such as YC, 500 Global, and other ecosystems relevant to founders and HR professionals. Our goal is to create unforgettable, high-quality experiences that resonate with attendees and keep them coming back to Alma.
