- Efficiently manage and organize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Facilitate effective communication and planning among departments and with external partners.
- Design and prepare engaging presentations in PowerPoint for meetings and internal events.
- Provide on-the-spot support during virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams.
- Handle and prioritize emails and phone calls with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain focus and clarity in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
