About the role

Welcome to Galapagos! We are excited to share that our company is undergoing a significant strategic transition. With the planned closure of our CAR-T business by the end of this year, we are evolving into a streamlined, transaction-oriented biotech firm, primarily led by a core team based in the United States, particularly in Chicago and San Francisco. Supported by approximately €3 billion in capital, our future organization will be built around elite, strategically aligned professionals who will deploy this capital to secure transformative, late-stage assets in immunology and oncology.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant for Business Development to support our dynamic BD team in managing daily operations and ensuring the seamless functioning of our new Bay Area office. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced biotech environment.
