Role Overview: Executive Assistant for Operations
This fully remote, full-time position supports a founder by handling communication, scheduling, travel arrangements, and follow-up processes. The Executive Assistant plays a key role in keeping multiple initiatives organized and running smoothly. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a genuine interest in working closely with a founder in a mission-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimize the founder’s time spent on email and scheduling to less than 30 minutes per week.
- Develop and maintain systems that streamline day-to-day operations.
Work Arrangement and Schedule
- Fully remote position
- Full-time employment
- Flexible, asynchronous-first schedule with daily check-ins
- Main working overlap with California (PST/PDT), plus occasional coordination with the East Coast (EST/EDT)
