Job Title: Executive Assistant – Real Estate

Job Description
We are on the lookout for an exceptionally organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our real estate department head. This pivotal role demands outstanding administrative skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease. The ideal candidate will be tasked with generating spreadsheets and charts, managing executive calendars, and ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct administrative support to the department head
- Create and sustain basic spreadsheets and charts for effective reporting and tracking
- Organize meetings, appointments, and events; dispatch calendar invites and reminders
- Systematically organize and preserve digital files and documentation
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal communications
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders as necessary
- Track deadlines and proactively follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar capacity
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with real estate operations or property management is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
