Remote Executive Assistant

We are in search of a dynamic Executive Assistant who can start immediately!

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Generate and issue invoices, monitor payment statuses, and maintain records of company expenditures.
2. Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and publicly available data to compile insightful reports.
3. Organize and manage documents and files systematically.
4. Handle data entry tasks including creating lead lists, documenting meeting minutes, transcribing recordings, and preparing payroll information.
5. Conduct product research, purchase items, and acquire samples as needed.
6. Update and manage information for marketing and sales initiatives through a CRM system.
7. Oversee project monitoring, facilitate internal communications, and organize company data effectively.
8. Coordinate team schedules to avoid conflicts and ensure timely client meetings.
9. Arrange travel itineraries, including hotel and rental car bookings.
10. Manage incoming calls, relay information, and schedule appointments.
11. Respond to emails, follow up on correspondence, organize the inbox per client preferences, and notify clients of important communications.
12. Integrate data and content into cohesive reports and presentation materials.
13. Upload videos, manage online reviews, and keep account profiles current.
14. Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
