Position Overview
We are on the lookout for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a VP of Operations & Finance within our rapidly expanding organization.
This position encompasses a mix of executive assistance, operational support, and basic financial/admin coordination to enhance daily workflows, mitigate operational slowdowns, and establish order in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate is someone who can assume responsibility, bring organization to complexity, and serve as a reliable right-hand support.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Organizational Tasks (Core)
Digitize and organize extensive document volumes using Google Drive
Maintain structured filing systems (both digital and inbox)
Organize inbox utilizing folders, labels, and automation tools
Minimize clutter and enhance accessibility of information
