Responsibilities:Administrative Support:Efficiently manage the CEO’s complex calendar, including appointments and travel arrangements, while proactively addressing any changes or conflicts. Screen and prioritize a high volume of correspondence, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and making appropriate referrals on behalf of the CEO. Provide insights and assist the CEO and COS on projects, offering solutions to potential challenges. Draft and proofread various correspondence. Assist in tracking budgets and promptly completing expense reports. Meeting Support and Event Coordination:Plan and oversee logistics for events, including leadership retreats and social gatherings. Collaborate with the Office of the CEO to prepare the CEO for meetings by gathering necessary information and ensuring agendas are set.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining an effective and efficient office for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This position involves representing the CEO both internally and externally, ensuring that the professional standards of the office are upheld. You will provide essential administrative support while serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Chief of Staff (COS), contributing to the overall success of the organization.

This is an on-site position at our New York City headquarters, directly reporting to the CEO.
