Key Responsibilities:Track and ensure timely completion of all tasks assigned by the CEO. Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders across the organization. Provide organized updates and summaries highlighting progress, delays, and any challenges. Maintain detailed records of tasks, deadlines, and outcomes. Evaluate and verify work quality as necessary, requiring strong Excel proficiency and analytical skills. Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements (flights and accommodations), and daily agenda. Act as the primary communication conduit between the CEO and internal teams. Identify and resolve obstacles proactively. Requirements:Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data analysis and reporting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining follow-through. Flexible work hours to meet the demands of the business. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Quick learner with a solutions-oriented mindset. Profile:This position is ideal for motivated individuals early in their careers, preferably in their 20s. It is not suited for highly experienced candidates; a can-do attitude and ability to execute efficiently are more critical than years of experience.
