Technical Skills

- AI Tools: Required proficiency with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
- Logistical Coordination: Confidence in managing multi-timezone logistics and using platforms like Slack and Zoom.
Key Responsibilities
Quickly familiarize yourself with the business, ask insightful questions, and take ownership of the following:
- Strategic Inbox Management: Organizing and responding to emails to ensure the Principal focuses only on critical matters.
- Operational Liaison: Managing communications with vendors, solicitors, and accountants on behalf of the Principal.
- Sales Support: Qualifying potential clients, scheduling discovery calls, and following up on leads to maintain an active pipeline.
