We are looking for a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the owner. This role encompasses executive administration, technical team coordination, and social media execution within a fast-paced environment where priorities may change frequently. Role Overview

As the Executive Assistant, you will deliver essential support to the owner through executive assistance, coordination with the technical team, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing shifting priorities while ensuring clear communication and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Email Support

  • Organize and manage the owner's incoming emails.

  • Oversee the calendar, identify scheduling conflicts, and reschedule meetings as necessary.

  • Arrange and prepare meetings upon request.

  • Communicate with meeting organizers to adjust times when needed.

  • Assist with various administrative tasks as they arise.

Technical Team Coordination

  • Participate in daily Scrum standups with the development team.

  • Document notes and distribute action items following each call.

  • Follow up with developers on commitments and monitor delivery timelines.

  • Track projects through Slack updates and ticket statuses.

  • Update roadmap items and tickets as necessary, highlighting any blockers or delays.

  • Collaborate with Operations, developers, and QA for daily updates.

Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing social media and marketing tasks based on guidance and resources provided by the marketing team.
