The Executive Director will play a critical role in steering operations to meet the key performance indicators established by the board of directors for the WelbeHealth program. This position requires adept leadership and oversight to ensure that we provide high-quality care while adhering to all relevant state and federal regulations. The Executive Director will cultivate collaborative relationships within WelbeHealth and with external stakeholders, managing a dynamic leadership team that embodies our values, fosters a positive team culture, and fulfills our mission.

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing direct reports, including their hiring, training, supervision, and mentorship, ensuring that staff roles align with their qualifications, while actively fostering team engagement and promoting a healthy organizational culture.
- Engaging in quality assurance initiatives for participant care and staff performance.
- Collaborating with financial leadership to develop and manage program budgets to meet operational objectives.
- Building strong connections with key external stakeholders such as community service providers, regulators, and legislators, while ensuring effective communication with Ambulatory Care Facility staff and other community resources.
- Overseeing the development of robust data collection methods and ensuring the security and accuracy of medical records.
