In this pivotal role, you will drive sales for our Kitchens, Doors, and Wardrobes segment. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targeted sales goals across the Kitchens, Doors, and Wardrobes categories.
- Engage with customers to educate them about product features and benefits, providing personalized service to enhance their experience.
- Stay informed about product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape to strategically position our products.
- Oversee client interactions from initial site measurements to final finish reports; maintain the KDW opportunity matrix and consistently meet monthly targets.
- Review technical quotations and drawings to ensure they meet client specifications, securing necessary approvals as per standard operating procedures.
- Ensure KDW displays are well-maintained, clean, and functional; address any required repairs promptly.
- Adhere to all KDW & Retail Standard Operating Procedures, documentation standards, and service level agreements.
