Your Responsibilities:
- Identify potential candidates through various methods, leveraging both internal knowledge and external networks.
- Coordinate and participate in client progress report discussions with senior team members.
- Monitor market trends, client developments, and candidate movements to provide valuable insights.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of markets, competitors, and compensation structures.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry contacts.
What You Need:
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree from a Russell Group University.
- A keen interest in business, finance, and current affairs.
- Exceptional research skills, natural curiosity, and attention to detail.
- A strong team player attitude combined with ambition and drive.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and personal credibility.
