Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to provide top-tier, strategic support to a multi-business CEO in the homecare industry. This role demands a professional who can exercise independent judgment, maintain a high level of maturity, and present information clearly and concisely. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and advanced proficiency in systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Communication & Judgment
- Effectively manage the executive's inbox, exercising discretion and professionalism.
- Craft polished and professional email communications with an executive tone.
- Deliver structured and concise reporting for decision-making.
- Confidently seek clarification on incomplete instructions.
- Conduct thorough research and prepare insightful briefs for the executive's review.
2. Systems Proficiency & Operational Support
- Master the AxisCare CRM to support operational workflows and maintain data integrity, while generating simplified reports for strategic insights.
- Utilize RingCentral to track communications and ensure organized follow-ups.
- Coordinate meetings using Microsoft Teams, managing agendas, minutes, and action items proficiently.
- Maintain organized executive dashboards in Excel for milestone tracking and relationship management.
- Prioritize and manage the executive's calendar effectively.
