Work closely with a dedicated dental assistant to manage the schedule, handle sterilization and room turnover, and assist with patient care and documentation. Increase hygiene production by making the most of chair time, promoting preventive care, and encouraging same-day treatment when appropriate. Engage fully in the Team (Assisted) Hygiene model, working alongside dental assistants to provide efficient care and improve patient experiences.
