Join Remote VA PH, a dynamic and growing virtual assistance firm, as we seek a highly skilled Amazon Account Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing and streamlining our clients' Amazon private label businesses. Your expertise in Amazon Seller Central, FBA logistics, and product listing optimization will be crucial to driving our clients' success. We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a proven history of managing Amazon accounts from inception to sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Private Label Management:
    Oversee all operations of private label products on Amazon, including product launches and ongoing optimization.
  • FBA Shipments & Logistics:
    Coordinate FBA shipments, ensure timely delivery, and troubleshoot inventory and warehousing issues.
  • Shipment Reconciliation:
    Track and reconcile shipments, recover lost inventory, and manage reimbursement cases as necessary.
  • Case Management:
    Address Seller Central support cases, ensuring swift resolutions and proper record-keeping.
  • Product Listings:
    Develop and refine product listings with a focus on SEO best practices and compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Content Writing:
    Create engaging and keyword-optimized product titles, bullet points, and descriptions to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
  • A+ Content Management:
    Publish enhanced brand content to elevate the customer shopping experience and boost sales.
  • Keyword Research:
    Conduct extensive keyword research to enhance visibility and competitiveness in product rankings.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Utilize Google Sheets to monitor KPIs, track performance, and provide insights on sales, advertising, and inventory.
