Qualifications
The following qualifications are essential for this position:A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a body shop as an Auto Body Technician. Ability to disassemble vehicles to assist Service Advisors in creating a complete Repair Plan. Identify all necessary repairs to reduce supplements and minimize repair time. Conduct inspections and test drives of repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Perform related duties as assigned to optimize repair efficiency. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy. Successful completion of a criminal background check. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform various physical tasks including walking, sitting, bending, pushing/pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, or crawling.

- $5,000 for iCar or Welding certified technicians producing 90+ hours/week
- $2,500 for non-certified technicians producing 70+ hours/week
