  • Facilitate tenant billing, rent postings, and invoicing.
  • Handle collections and proactively follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Maintain precise financial records across various properties.
  • Generate essential financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and rent rolls.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
