Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Accurately maintain financial records, which include accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Efficiently process invoices, payments, and payroll to ensure timely and accurate operations. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor cash flow to assist in budgeting efforts. Collaborate closely with the shop manager and leadership team to guarantee financial health and compliance. Manage tax reporting and coordinate with external CPAs as necessary. Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of proven bookkeeping experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills. Experience in the truck care, automotive, or similar service industries is highly desirable. Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
