Key responsibilities

Data relationship mapping: Identify and document how GRC entities, such as Risks, Controls, Regulations, and Activities, interact. Define cardinality, set business rules, and create entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs) and data flow diagrams to visualize data structures.
Requirements elaboration: Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Define data validation rules, clarify business logic, and document metadata needs for the data repository.
Stakeholder collaboration: Lead workshops with subject matter experts to gather insights and validate data models. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure everyone shares the same understanding.
Documentation: Develop and maintain a data dictionary, business glossary, and data lineage documentation to support clarity and long-term maintainability. Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
