Oversee branch/point portfolios in terms of quality and quantity. Ensure team cohesion and effectively manage internal conflicts according to company regulations. Requirements: Minimum education of a Diploma. At least 2 years of experience in team leadership roles. Experience managing teams of 5-10 members. Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen System Financial Institutions preferred). Able to devise sales & marketing strategies to achieve targets as a team.
