Amartha is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager (Team Leader) to oversee and lead our dedicated workforce. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure operational efficiency while setting strategic objectives for the future. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance and achievement of targets by the marketing/business partner team.
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to meet established targets.
- Oversee business processes regarding SOPs, both administratively and on the ground.
- Manage the quality and quantity of branch/point portfolios.
- Ensure team cohesion and effectively manage internal conflicts based on company regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of a Diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team.
- Proven experience managing teams of over 5-10 members.
- A minimum of 2 years in Micro Finance as a Manager, with a preference for experience in Grameen Financial Systems.
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve team targets.
- Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C.
- Willingness to be placed in Kwanyar.
