Candidate Qualifications:At least 10 years of experience in managing tenant improvement remodels. Proven experience in overseeing government building projects. A professional degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field (mechanical or civil engineering, construction technology, interior design, business administration) is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to draft and execute subcontract agreements. Willingness to relocate to or near Livermore, California. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technological proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore. A valid Driver’s License is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy.
Prepare General Conditions and establish baseline schedules for subcontractors.
Monitor project costs and manage change orders, RFIs, and owner payment applications.
Oversee the creation of shop drawings and submittals, draft subcontracts, and manage subcontractor relationships.
Conduct regular job site coordination meetings and maintain strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in establishing a field office in the Bay Area and lead a dedicated project team.
