Working Hours:
– Monday – Friday
– 8 AM – 5:30 PM
– On-call rota (flexibility required)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
– Performing gas/oil maintenance repairs and breakdown repairs
– Conducting annual gas/oil services in NIHE and private properties
– Carrying out inspections and safety checks on gas boilers
– Executing safety checks and services on oil appliances
Flexibility to cover other office locations may be required as per management requests.
Essential Criteria:
– Gas Safe registered or possess experience servicing domestic gas systems
– Proven experience in fault-finding on domestic central heating systems and boilers
– Valid driving license
– Availability for call-outs on a rotational basis
Desirable Criteria:
– Time served or qualified plumber
– Valid CSR card
– OFTEC qualification with experience servicing domestic oil systems
Personal Characteristics:
– Strong relationship-building skills
– Excellent communication abilities
– Proficient negotiation skills
– Capability to work under pressure
– Initiative-driven and flexible
