Your Impact

Pearce is looking for Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team responsible for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC package units located on cell tower sites. This fast-paced and fulfilling role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are responsible, eager to learn, and willing to travel within the Telecom industry. This position is regional, and candidates must reside in the Lincoln, Nebraska area.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain commercial package cooling systems on cell phone towers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing components.
  • Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Perform maintenance or upgrades on HVAC equipment during off-seasons.
  • Respond promptly to service calls, including emergency situations.
  • Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
  • Safely operate and maintain a motor vehicle according to the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
