Your Role
Pearce Services is on the lookout for Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment specifically at telecom shelters on cell tower sites. This fast-paced and fulfilling position is ideal for motivated individuals who are responsible, self-directed, eager to travel, and willing to expand their expertise in the Telecom field. Note: Candidates must reside in the Spokane, Washington area.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cooling systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components.
- Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Perform necessary maintenance or upgrades to off-season HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to service calls, including emergency situations.
- Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
- Operate and maintain a motor vehicle in compliance with Pearce Services' policies and insurance regulations.
Core Experience
- Must possess Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required).
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience, with a preference for commercial experience.
- Basic understanding of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, is preferred.
