Your Impact

Pearce is on the lookout for Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team, focusing on the servicing and repair of commercial HVAC equipment located at telecom shelters on Cell Tower sites. This fast-paced and rewarding role is ideal for individuals who are responsible, self-motivated, eager to travel, and keen to expand their knowledge within the Telecom industry. This is a regional position, and candidates should reside in the Salem, Oregon area.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain cooling systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
  • Conduct performance checks and routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Perform additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
  • Respond promptly to service calls, including emergency call-out services.
  • Complete daily work reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
