Join our dynamic team at Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd as an Experienced Inbound Technical Sales Associate! In this role, you will handle incoming calls from customers experiencing issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing technical problems, recommending optimal support plans, and selling relevant technical support packages alongside software solutions.
This position requires 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO setting. Candidates must possess the ability to independently close calls and demonstrate excellent communication skills in English. You should have hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email systems, as well as Apple devices like Mac, iPhone, and iPad. A flexible approach to working night shifts is essential.
We offer a negotiable salary based on your experience and current CTC, along with attractive incentives. Immediate availability for joining is preferred.
