Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury litigation within a plaintiff law firm. Preferably holds an Associate's, Bachelor's degree, or Paralegal Certificate. Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong proficiency. Experience in both California state and federal litigation. Able to handle complex projects efficiently. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. Familiarity with case management software, particularly FileVine.

Windsor Troy Law, LLP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to enhance our dynamic personal injury legal team. As a vital contributor to our litigation process, you will support various stages of litigation, from drafting complaints to trial preparation. You will work closely with our Supervising Attorney to ensure the efficient management of cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare written discovery requests, responses, and personal injury complaints.
  • File necessary pleadings and documents with the court, ensuring all requisite attachments are included.
  • Assist in preparing legal documents such as motions, 998s, and deposition notices.
  • Prepare subpoenas to gather pertinent records and documentation.
  • Facilitate document production by analyzing requests and collaborating with internal stakeholders to review and produce documents.
  • Guide the process of gathering relevant materials for litigation demands, discovery requests, subpoenas, and agency claims.
  • Organize and manage pleadings, correspondence, exhibits, and other legal documents.
  • Coordinate the collection and production of documents efficiently.
  • Draft objections and responses to subpoenas as necessary.
  • Oversee service of process and maintain daily case calendars and dockets.
  • Create routine correspondence and assist with special projects, including fact investigations and interviews; develop internal templates, guidelines, and playbooks.
